Senior Specialist Educator Pipeline
The Senior Specialist position supports all aspects of NIET’s implementation and management of early career and education preparation, district and school improvement services to include professional development, trainings, coaching, and general partnership support, and special projects, as assigned. The specialist has primary responsibility for ensuring educator effectiveness is improved and outcomes are met in our varied partnerships. Senior Specialist AZ PRIME
The Senior Specialist position supports all aspects of NIET’s implementation and management of district and school improvement services to include professional development, trainings, coaching, general partnership support, the school review process and evaluation, and special projects, as assigned. The AZ PRIME specialist has primary responsibility for ensuring educator effectiveness is improved, and outcomes are met in our varied partnerships through the implementation of The System for Teacher and Student Advancement (The TAP System). Applicants must have experience with TAP implementation and be willing to travel. This position reports to the AZ PRIME project director appointed by the CEO or designee.
