Meagen Flores is an Academic Facilitator at Harmony Elementary within the East Central Independent School District. With over a decade of dedicated experience in education, Meagen's career began as a PreK assistant, where she discovered her passion for fostering young minds. Throughout her journey, she has taught second, third, and fifth grades, gaining invaluable insights into diverse learning styles and developmental needs. Before stepping into her role as an Academic Facilitator, Meagen served as a literacy coach for nearly three years, guiding educators and enhancing literacy practices to improve student outcomes.

Her commitment to academic excellence extends beyond her teaching roles. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood through 6th Grade, a Masters of Science in Reading, and is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership. Additionally, Meagen is working toward her principal certification, reflecting her ambition and dedication to advancing her educational impact.
