Why are you passionate about working at NIET?

I have personally witnessed the outcomes achieved by schools that adopt the systems of NIET. The mission of NIET closely aligns with my core values and beliefs and I love seeing the positive impact of student achievement across all schools. I enjoy working with partner schools and supporting teachers, teacher leaders, and administrators. NIET continues to respond to needs in schools with high quality resources and trainings. It is truly an honor to collaborate with a team of skilled educators within my team and the broader NIET organization to support my ability to better support the schools I support.

What do you do in your free time?

I enjoy spending time with family and friends while trying to get out in the outdoors. One of my favorite activities is paddle boarding which allows me the opportunity to cool off in the hot Arizona summer months. I love hiking and running, and my goal is to run the Rock and Roll Half Marathon in every city that hosts the event.
