A dedicated servant leader, Brandy Brown, has served several Louisiana school districts including Bienville Parish Schools, Monroe City Schools, and Caddo Parish Public Schools. As an educator, Brandy believes that intentional instructional coaching and support of the administrators and teachers can push all students towards different levels of academic success.

Prior to joining NIET, Brandy was a lower and upper elementary classroom teacher, TAP Master Teacher, and District Lead Instructional Coach. Brandy holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education, Master’s degree in Education with focuses in Curriculum and Instruction and Special Education from Grambling State University.
