Why are you passionate about working at NIET?

NIET means school improvement to me and that means people improvement. Through NIET, I have had the opportunity to impact teaching and learning from individual classroom success to school-wide student achievement as a mentor teacher, master teacher, and associate principal.

What accomplishment are you most proud of through your work at NIET?

The work I am most proud of through my work at NIET is building a school instructional framework from the beginning based on best practices, resulting in a B rated school in year 1.

What do you do in your free time?

In my free time I enjoy attending basketball games with my son and being a mom coach from the sideline. Being a native of Louisiana, music serves as my sanctuary. During my free time, I also explore various music genres and seek out new dining experiences accompanied with friends.
