Kennette Bardell, an East Team Senior Specialist, joins NIET with 18 years of experience in education. She has held numerous roles in Texas and Louisiana including classroom teacher, mentor teacher, TAP master teacher, professional learning lead, literacy coach, and Director of Literacy. As an educational leader, Kennette is dedicated to strengthening educator effectiveness to improve student outcomes.

Kennette earned a Bachelor of Arts from Xavier University of Louisiana in elementary education/early childhood education and a Master of Arts from Xavier University of Louisiana in curriculum and instruction.
