Megan Rischard supports NIET’s organizational partnership development, project management and contracting efforts as the Director of Business Operations. She brings years of business management, customer service, and finance experience to the role.
Megan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona. Inspired by her elementary school teacher mother, she spent years volunteering in classrooms as her children grew and saw the value of teaching excellence firsthand. She is excited to advance NIET’s inspiring mission.
