The Senior Specialist position supports all aspects of NIET’s implementation and management of early career and education preparation, district and school improvement services to include professional development, trainings, coaching, and general partnership support, and special projects, as assigned. The specialist has primary responsibility for ensuring educator effectiveness is improved and outcomes are met in our varied partnerships.
