2021 NIET Annual Report
December 2, 2021
NIET's 2021 Annual Report highlights key milestones and achievements over the past year as we have supported partners around the country in accelerating student learning and fostering student ownership. Read about NIET's efforts to model agility during a year of challenges and the impacts of long-term investments in effective teaching. That work is reflected in the success of NIET's 2021 school awardees, new statewide networks, grant partnerships in K-12 and higher education, and a new report on high-quality mentoring for new teachers.
"Agility is inherent in our support. But over the past year, as modalities and priorities changed and changed again, we have seen our team rise to meet that core value in every way," note Co-Presidents Laura Encalade and Josh Barnett in their Annual Report Letter. "None of us can predict the new and continued challenges that may come our way, but we do know NIET will be with you each step of the way and can help you be successful, even in the unknown. This Annual Report highlights a few reasons why."
