Preparing More Effective New Teachers

Putting a great teacher in front of every classroom can change thousands of student lives. Through TAP Connect, local school districts partner with Texas Tech University to better prepare new teachers to be effective in high-need schools. The project also provides current teachers with leadership training and opportunities to make an impact schoolwide. This video showcases this innovative approach from the perspective of district and university personnel.
